If you’re looking for a city that knows how to celebrate, New Orleans is your stage. I rang in my 30th birthday here, and let me tell you—if you want to dress up, throw a themed party, and feel like the main character, this is the place.

It was a Bourbon Street bash for my 'roaring 20's' party (the last night in my 20's). Neon lights, live music pouring out of every doorway, and people from all walks of life dancing in the streets. It’s loud, it’s wild, and it’s unforgettable.

We 'mourned the death of my youth' with a haunted ghost walking tour through the French Quarter. The stories were chilling, the architecture stunning, and the energy was pure fun.

Of course, no trip to NOLA is complete without beignets—and Café du Monde is the gold standard. Fluffy, fried, and buried in powdered sugar, they’re best paired with a café au lait and a seat near Jackson Square for prime people-watching.
