It's all Greek to me!

I’ll admit — I was hesitant about Greece at first. It seemed like an overcrowded, overhyped tourist trap. But once I experienced it, I completely understood the magic.

My husband Austin and I first visited in October 2022 for a romantic honeymoon-style escape. We returned in November 2023 to run the Athens Marathon, this time bringing my parents, Austin’s mom, and his aunt. Both trips were completely different — and equally unforgettable.

We explored the northwest mainland, visiting the breathtaking monasteries of Meteora and the ancient ruins of Delphi. In Athens, we stood in awe of the Acropolis and ran the track at the historic Panathenaic Stadium — the site of the first modern Olympic Games.

And then there were the islands. We felt the cool breeze of the Aegean Sea while leisurely soaking in the charm of Paros, the iconic beauty of Santorini, and the rich culture of Crete.

The food? Unmatched. The wine? Fantastic. The people? Some of the warmest and most welcoming I’ve ever met. Greece is a place I could return to again and again — and I’d love to help you experience it for yourself.
