Irish It Is!
Date
April 2023
Worried about traveling to a country where English isn’t the common language? Ireland is the perfect place to start. It’s welcoming and easy to navigate — all without the language barrier.
Dublin is full of energy, with a lively nightlife scene and plenty of character. If you’re picturing pubs filled with rugby fans, you’re spot on! The Jameson Distillery and Guinness Storehouse are great ways to kick off the fun — and yes, fresh Guinness really does taste better (like chocolate milk if you ask me!). Don’t miss St. Patrick’s Cathedral while you’re walking around town too.
I believe the real magic of Ireland lies in the countryside. Rent a car or catch a ride west to Galway, a must-see town of music and charm. And no trip is complete without standing at the edge of the iconic Cliffs of Moher. Just outside of Galway, you’ll find cozy cafés, friendly pubs, and the kind of comfort food that makes you want to throw on a sweater and settle in — the fish and chips and chowder are unforgettable.
Imagine drinking a pint of Guinness in the dungeon bar at a castle while the local Irish band belts out “Danny Boy”!
